Training is all about improving the skills and fundamentals of our players in a more personalized setting. The workouts are two hour long each sessions dedicated to 100% skill development and typically cover shooting, ball handling, passing, athleticism, defense, and/or other important basketball skills.
Workouts will also stress endurance, agility, and skill development drills getting each student-athlete in tremendous game shape for any full court action.
The goal is to offer every player something they need to get better – hard work, repetition and a competitive edge.
These are offered during the Fall and Spring.
